So most ninja tools fall under the category of weapon. From the simple kunai to the elaborate senbon launcher, weapons are a useful tool for shinobi. Certain weapons may fall under higher ranks of Bukijutsu to use. For example, a base senbon launcher would fall under Bukijutsu III. It requires the knowledge to use said weapon as well as the knowledge to reload it.

Poisons and Medicines
Each poison can have one or two abilities that determine its effectiveness in combat. These abilities waver in strength depending on the type of poison made. A poison can only be extracted by a certain type of jutsu. For instance, the Poison Extraction Jutsu can pull some of the poison in order to make an antidote. All poisons that cause death must have a full duration of at least two threads before the victim dies.
-Puppets-
Puppets are a form of long-ranged weaponry in which a person manipulates a (usually) humanoid puppet. These puppets tend to have a lot of weapons and modifications built-in, and Puppet Masters tend to coat these weapons in poison. Each puppet will have a required level of Kugujutsu SC that will be needed to use it.
-Creating Puppets-
When creating a puppet you will be asked to add in mechanisms and abilities for your puppet. The more you include, the more costly your puppet will be. Please detail where each mechanism fits into your puppet.
Ammunition Stat:
Each puppet has a strict ammunition stat. This will be similar to a character's resource stat. Each mechanism must have an ammo stat. A mechanism that does not use ammo has a stat of zero. The base ammunition for a weapon is 20 Ammo. You can purchase more ammunition space for your puppet. Puppets themselves do not have a requirement outside of Kugujutsu II for regular puppets and Kugujutsu IV for human puppets. The mechanisms decide if a higher rank is needed for the puppet. The more complex the mechanism, the higher rank in Kugujutsu needed to use the puppet.
